About the role
The Lease Up Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident retention for the Cloud House community. You will manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and contributing to the community’s revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and renewal strategies to maximize resident retention.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and reports using property management systems.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably with new‑build communities.
- Availability to work weekends, typically 9 am‑6 pm.
- Familiarity with Yardi or other CRM leasing platforms is preferred.
