Lease Administrator - Equipment Finance

About the role

Altius Search Group is recruiting for an established equipment finance client seeking a Lease Administrator to support both its Information Technology and Industrial/Material Handling equipment finance businesses. The role coordinates transactions from credit approval through documentation, funding, booking, and post‑closing administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lease, loan and related transaction documents in line with approved credit terms.
• Coordinate documentation and closing requirements with customers, vendors, sales representatives and internal departments.
• Review executed documents for accuracy, completeness, proper authorization and funding conditions.
• Collect and verify invoices, equipment schedules, acceptance certificates, insurance evidence and other required documentation.
• Complete or coordinate corporate‑status, lien, UCC, title and other due‑diligence searches and file UCC financing statements.
• Assemble funding packages, coordinate vendor payments and support accurate transaction booking.

Required profile

• Previous experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, lease documentation, funding, booking or transaction administration.
• Familiarity with equipment leases and loans, UCC filings, insurance requirements, titles and funding procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret credit approvals and contractual documents accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
