Learning Trainer – Amazon Fulfillment Center

About the role

Amazon is seeking Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in its fulfillment centers. You will deliver training, reinforce safety standards, and help drive strong operational results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom and on‑the‑floor training for new and existing associates.
• Support production duties as needed, including picking, packing, receiving, stowing, inventory accuracy, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Communicate clear instructions, motivate teams, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Proven record of achieving results in a fast‑paced environment.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk 10‑12 hours per day, and work at heights up to 40 ft.
