Learning & Performance Insights Consultant

About the role

The Learning & Performance Insights Consultant will help the Skills Development & Learning Technology team move beyond simple activity tracking to deeper insight into learning effectiveness, skill development, and business impact. This highly visible individual contributor role translates data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evolve the learning measurement framework focused on skills, behavior change, and business outcomes.
• Create stakeholder‑ready reporting, dashboards, scorecards and narrative summaries that illustrate learning demand, delivery health, and impact.
• Partner with operations leaders, program owners and subject‑matter experts to connect learning outcomes to business priorities.
• Analyze trends, risks and opportunities across learning programs and improve data quality and reporting consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience developing metrics, dashboards or reporting narratives for stakeholders.
• 2+ years using Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar data platforms.
• 1+ years translating complex data into executive‑ready insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence through data.
