Learning Operations Specialist

About the role

The Learning Operations Specialist will own end‑to‑end training support for Lyft's Customer Care Operations (CCO) segment. This role blends operational rigor with instructional design, managing the Docebo LMS, learning data, and creating high‑impact learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build stakeholder relationships, create project plans, and provide status updates.
• Organize logistics for on‑site and virtual training sessions.
• Design and develop eLearning courses, job aids, knowledge checks, and blended learning content.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content creation.
• Facilitate instructor‑led and virtual training for agents, trainers, and leaders.
• Produce learning materials using Articulate 360, Canva, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Manage learning metrics dashboards and generate performance reports.
• Analyze learner feedback and completion data to identify improvement opportunities.
