Learning & Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a curious adventurer to join Hasbro’s Learning, Engagement & Belonging team as a Learning & Engagement Specialist. The role blends learning‑and‑development, employee engagement and belonging initiatives, delivering both in‑person and virtual programs that inspire our people.

Key responsibilities

• Operate end‑to‑end delivery of learning programs, workshops and conferences, ensuring consistent participant experience and on‑time execution.
• Manage logistics such as venue selection, trainer coordination, technology and equipment setup, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Administer registration workflows, track attendance, and generate completion reports in learning systems, validating data quality and providing insights.
• Maintain training calendars, program documentation and communications, creating repeatable templates to improve clarity and reduce cycle time.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives—including brand celebrations, recognition events and team‑building activities—in partnership with program owners.
• Lead event logistics, coordinate vendors and ensure seamless on‑site execution.
