Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Analytic Partners is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to shape and deliver enterprise‑wide talent programs across its global footprint. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and subject‑matter experts to design learning solutions that align with core values and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess learning needs through stakeholder collaboration and conduct training needs analyses.
• Design, develop, and deliver leadership, professional, and technical learning experiences both in‑person and virtually.
• Co‑create scalable training content with SMEs, including facilitator‑led sessions and digital/eLearning modules.
• Maintain the learning content ecosystem—course materials, job aids, guides, and global eLearning modules.
• Lead key talent initiatives such as onboarding, emerging leader programs, internship programs, and compliance training.
• Ensure inclusion, global consistency, and accessibility across all learning programs.
• Manage learning operations, LMS administration, program logistics, enrollment, and vendor coordination.
• Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, ROI, and learner impact metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on adult learning principles and development strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; relevant certifications (e.g., SLII, DiSC, GROW Coaching) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate programs for global audiences.
