HR Director, Southeast

About the role

The HR Director for the Southeast region will act as a strategic business partner for more than 200 luxury retail employees across our boutiques. This senior role blends high‑level vision setting with hands‑on HR execution, driving people‑first initiatives that support growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the HR commercial strategy for the Southeast region, aligning people initiatives with business goals.
• Provide full‑cycle HR support, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and succession planning.
• Coach and advise regional leaders on talent management, learning and development, engagement, and inclusion.
• Partner with the Learning & Development team to create quarterly people plans and upskilling roadmaps.
• Lead recruitment efforts that reflect the brand’s values, collaborating with talent acquisition and hiring managers.
• Manage change initiatives, organizational design, onboarding, and workshops to support retail transformation.
• Deliver regional HR insights to inform broader commercial priorities and people planning.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR leadership within luxury retail or a comparable high‑touch environment.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
• Strong partnership skills with senior leaders and a track record of influencing organizational change.
• Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive culture.
