Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager, Education & Events, partners with subject‑matter experts, leaders, and stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve high‑quality educational programs for CDA members. This role drives the creation of learning experiences across multiple modalities, supporting the professional growth of dental professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch educational programs including online self‑study, webinars, instructional videos, in‑person events, and blended solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal leaders to ensure content relevance and quality.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously refine programs based on feedback and metrics.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for all learning initiatives.
• Maintain alignment with CDA’s mission and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development or instructional design, preferably within a professional association or healthcare setting.
• Strong ability to partner with experts and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑impact educational experiences.
