Learning & Development Analyst

About the role

Chipotle is looking for a Learning & Development Analyst to join its Talent Learning & Development team. In this role you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the learning management system, support leadership development programs, and help improve the overall learning experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and administration of Leadership Development programs, including scheduling, communications, tracking and logistics.
• Manage daily administration of the Learning Management System: upload content, track learner progress, generate reports and resolve user issues.
• Track and analyse learning data (completion rates, feedback scores, assessments) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Generate regular reports on training effectiveness and participation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support learning needs and program roll‑outs.
• Update and maintain existing learning content to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with brand standards.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader L&D team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred, not required).
• 1‑2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or a related area.
• Hands‑on experience managing a Learning Management System or similar platform.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of adult learning theory (preferred).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately.
• General knowledge of human‑resources practices, functions and procedures.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

• Base salary range $60,000 – $81,000 per year.
