Learning and Development Manager – $100‑150K Base + Bonus

About the role

Trajan Wealth is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, launch, and continuously improve training programs for its Financial Advisors and broader employee base. This full‑time, onsite position will shape the firm’s learning strategy, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new‑advisor onboarding and ongoing training, embedding Trajan’s planning philosophy, systems, and client service standards.
• Design, develop, and refine curriculum, materials, and delivery methods (in‑person, virtual, self‑paced) from the ground up.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging learning technologies to personalize learning pathways and scale training efficiency.
• Partner with leadership, compliance, and subject‑matter experts to keep content accurate, relevant, and aligned with firm standards.
• Identify skill gaps across advisor and employee teams and implement targeted development initiatives.
• Maintain a centralized library of training resources, playbooks, and documentation.
• Track and measure training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, iterating programs as needed.
• Support professional development through workshops, continuing‑education initiatives, and industry‑best‑practice updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or instructional design, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to build scalable training curricula from scratch, including onboarding programs and facilitator guides.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with leadership, compliance, and subject‑matter experts.
