Lead Trainer

About the role

BFT is seeking an energetic Lead Trainer to elevate our group training experience. You will deliver high‑energy classes, mentor fellow coaches, and help create a welcoming, inclusive studio environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, results‑driven group training sessions for all fitness levels.
• Provide exercise modifications, progressions, and ensure proper form and safety.
• Build strong member relationships to boost retention and community.
• Mentor and develop coaching staff, maintaining consistent coaching standards.
• Assist with onboarding, shadowing new trainers, and communicate member feedback to management.
• Oversee class timing, equipment setup, cleanliness, and studio floor organization.
• Support studio opening/closing duties and manage class flow during peak periods.
• Welcome trial members, encourage participation in challenges, and celebrate member milestones.
• Contribute to social media content by highlighting workouts and member experiences.

Required profile

• Current personal training certification and commitment to ongoing fitness education.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and high energy in all interactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a positive team culture.
• Passion for member engagement, retention, and delivering exceptional class experiences.
