Clinical Operations Lead

About the role

Reveleer is seeking a remote Clinical Operations Lead to support health plans and provider organizations in value‑based care. The role focuses on overseeing clinical pend reviews, data entry production, and ensuring quality assurance across coding teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting managers with clinical pends
• Providing over‑read feedback
• Assigning manual assignments
• Performing individual data entry production (MRR or OR1)
• Reviewing daily QA score reports for abstractors, coders, and health professionals
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams for product release roll‑outs
• Handling additional duties to meet client obligations

Required profile

• Current coding certification (CPC, CPC‑P, CPC‑H, CPC‑I, CRC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA)
• Minimum five years of coding experience with Medicare and commercial risk adjustment (HCC)
• Experience with facility coding (OPPS/IPPS) preferred
• Experience with Health Plan Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audits (RADV) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and pharmacology
• Proficiency with official coding resources for research and problem solving
• Advanced computer skills and use of required software
