Manager, Patient Services – HUB Strategy & Operations

About the role

Acumetis is seeking a senior manager to lead patient access and hub strategy initiatives for life‑science clients. The role combines strategic consulting with hands‑on execution to remove barriers to therapy and improve patient outcomes. You will work remotely, partnering with market‑access, commercial, and operations leaders across the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and mentor consulting teams, providing performance feedback and career development.
• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements, from project scoping to implementation planning, acting as a trusted advisor to market‑access and commercial leaders.
• Design innovative patient‑access solutions, including reimbursement support, affordability programs, and hub operating models.
• Evaluate and optimize hub vendor partnerships, specialty‑pharmacy strategies, and performance metrics.
• Support business development activities such as proposal creation, pricing, and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Policy, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6‑9 years of experience in life‑sciences consulting, patient services, market access, hub operations or related healthcare fields.
• Deep expertise in patient‑access strategy, payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, affordability programs, and hub services.
• Proven track record leading client engagements, managing teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong communication, presentation, project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
