About the role
Join Aeroseal’s Operations team in Indianapolis as a Lead Site Technician, preparing homes for DuctEZ/AeroBarrier services and ensuring high‑quality seal installations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by taping around windows, doors, vents, and light cut‑outs.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment for each job.
- Become certified on the AeroBarrier computer system to independently perform seals.
- Complete daily equipment checks, vehicle inspections, and adhere to all safety policies.
- Represent AeroBarrier professionally and provide exceptional service to clients and partners.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED (new graduates welcome).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Mechanically inclined and self‑sufficient.
Required skills
- Ability to operate the AeroBarrier computer and sealing system.
- Mechanical aptitude for handling equipment and performing site preparations.
