Lead Site Clinical Research Coordinator

About the role

The Lead Site Clinical Research Coordinator will establish and manage research operations at Salma Health’s Fremont clinic, overseeing the ATLAS study and other sponsored trials while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and GCP guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage research operations at the Fremont clinic, including site activation for the ATLAS study and sponsored trials.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day study conduct, participant enrollment, informed consent, data collection, and adverse event reporting.
• Prepare and submit IRB applications, regulatory documents, and sponsor submissions for multiple Salma Health sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in health or life sciences and minimum 3 years of clinical research experience.
• Strong regulatory background with hands‑on experience preparing IRB and sponsor submissions.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy or obtain certification shortly after hire.

Required skills

• Phlebotomy (certified or willing to certify).
• Electronic Data Capture platforms such as REDCap and Medidata Rave.
• Regulatory submission preparation and documentation management.
• Completion of CITI Program and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $72,203 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
