Lead Hospitality Associate

About the role

We are looking for a polished Lead Hospitality Associate to join our high‑profile corporate environment in Redwood City. In this hands‑on role you will drive a premier workplace and guest experience, oversee daily hospitality operations, and support corporate events with a white‑glove service mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver superior client and guest experiences, greeting visitors and coordinating meeting‑room logistics.
• Conduct routine floor inspections to keep the office polished and fully operational.
• Respond promptly to client requests, partnering with Facilities, IT, Catering, and Meeting Support teams.
• Coordinate and oversee corporate meetings, conferences, and special events, including setup reports and room‑usage tracking.
• Manage visitor‑badge issuance, lobby coordination, and incoming calls.
• Lead a small hospitality team of 3‑5 associates, fostering accountability and service excellence.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of hospitality staff.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hospitality leadership experience.
• Prior experience managing a small team in a corporate hospitality or hotel setting.
• Experience supporting corporate events and executive‑level clientele.
• Hotel and Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency

What we offer

• $33.00 per hour pay rate.
• Full benefits after 60 days, including 9 days sick time and 10 days accrued vacation.
