Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the evolution of our cloud and delivery infrastructure supporting warranty and financing services for vehicle purchases. Based in Norcross, this hybrid position blends hands‑on engineering with strategic guidance of Azure DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Azure‑based infrastructure using Terraform (≈70% hands‑on engineering).
• Collaborate with C#/.NET development teams to ensure reliable, scalable deployments.
• Lead CI/CD pipeline creation, optimization and release management.
• Mentor and guide engineers in DevOps/SRE best practices (≈30% cross‑functional work).

Required profile

• Deep experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft cloud services.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Terraform for infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Proven background developing or supporting C#/.NET applications in a DevOps context.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
