L&D Nurse - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced L&D Nurse to help train and evaluate AI models that support healthcare professionals. This remote, independent‑contractor position allows you to work from home while contributing your clinical expertise to improve AI‑driven tools.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex healthcare scenarios and assess their responses.
- Evaluate AI model outputs for correctness, performance, and medical accuracy.
- Ensure that model behavior aligns with current clinical standards and best practices.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD, or related health professional).
- Residency in the United States.
