Laundry Production Supervisor

About the role

Surfside Laundry is seeking a Laundry Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in its fast‑paced commercial laundry facility in Foley, Alabama. You will ensure that laundry moves efficiently through each production stage while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production employees during assigned shifts.
• Monitor workflow across sorting, washing, drying, folding, finishing, packing, and staging.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Train, coach, and support team members on procedures and expectations.
• Adjust staffing and assign tasks based on production needs.
• Maintain quality control standards for clean linens and finished products.
• Communicate equipment issues, staffing needs, safety concerns, and production updates to management.
• Track productivity, attendance, workflow, and shift performance.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial laundry, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar production environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer or paperwork skills.

What we offer

• Salary range $38,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience.
• Full‑time position with various day, evening, and night shifts available.
