About the role
The Shift Leader will support the Restaurant General Manager by running late‑night shifts independently, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Run great shifts in a self‑sufficient manner, taking ownership of problems and seeking help when appropriate.
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members, helping them resolve issues during the shift.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
- Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and pass background checks.
- Ability to walk, stand for 80% of the shift and lift up to 50 lb.
Required skills
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision‑making ability.
