Large Format Printer Operator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Canon Colorado Printer Operator to join our production team on the evening shift in Carlstadt, NJ. The role involves operating multiple large‑format printers, managing workflow with Caldera RIP software, and ensuring high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Canon Colorado printers to maintain production efficiency and quality.
• Use Caldera RIP software for job setup, color management, and workflow control.
• Manage workflow across 4‑5 machines simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Load, unload, and safely handle large media rolls and substrates.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating Canon Colorado printers.
• Proficiency with Caldera RIP software.
• Experience in large‑format digital printing preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy media rolls.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and detail‑oriented work habits.
• Reliable attendance for the 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM shift.
