Landscaping Sales Representative

About the role

Element Outdoor Living is seeking a relationship‑driven Outdoor Living Sales Representative to guide homeowners through the design and installation of premium outdoor spaces. You will act as the trusted advisor from the first conversation to contract signing, helping clients realize their vision.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients to capture their vision, goals, and budget.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate property conditions, and collaborate with the Landscape Design team.
• Present designs and proposals with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from consultation through contract signing.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of consultative sales experience in landscaping, outdoor living, construction, design/build, or luxury home improvement.
• Proven ability to sell large residential projects involving multiple decision‑makers.
• Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with estimating software such as Aspire (or ability to learn quickly).
