Advertising Sales Executive (Remote)

About the role

Native, a startup building a managed marketplace that connects students, Students' Unions, universities and advertisers, is hiring outbound sales executives. You will connect local and regional advertisers with student fairs, identify and engage potential clients, and help the company expand its offerings across the academic year. The role is remote within the US and pays $70,000.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing leads from local and regional businesses near each fair location
• Outbound calling and follow-up emails to potential clients
• Pitching and negotiating using proven scripts and frameworks to close deals
• Maintaining or exceeding individual and team KPIs, including revenue and conversion targets
• Logging interactions and updates in the CRM so follow-ups stay on track
• Working with the Team Lead and peers to share insights and strategies

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales or a similar target-driven role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Resilience and a positive attitude, able to handle rejection professionally
• Strong organisational skills to manage follow-ups and prioritise tasks

Required skills

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, data-entry tools and sales performance tracking software
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM or Salesforce is a plus
