Landscape Construction Foreman – Snohomish, WA

About the role

Pacific Landscape Management is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial projects in Snohomish, WA. You will be responsible for organizing daily work, ensuring quality, and maintaining client satisfaction while working outdoors.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with the construction project manager to clarify job scope and client expectations.
• Organize crew schedules, create daily and weekly work plans, and allocate resources.
• Lead by example, train crew members on safe and professional practices.
• Adapt to changes on site and manage project budgets.
• Inspire the team with a can‑do attitude and resolve on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license.
• 5‑7 years of commercial/residential landscape construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a foreman or crew‑lead role.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor (digging, wheelbarrowing, raking, mulching, debris removal).

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of irrigation systems.
• Hardscape installation and machine operation.
• Planting techniques and identification of common Pacific Northwest plant species.
• Reading and interpreting landscape plans.
• Familiarity with Seattle‑area landscape construction materials and vendors.
• Use of 2‑cycle power equipment.
• Hand pruning of shrubs and small trees (preferred).
