Kitchen Operations Associate, DashMart

About the role

DoorDash's DashMart kitchens prepare meals for customers ordering through the DoorDash app, working alongside DashMart partners in a shared facility. The Kitchen Operations Associate prepares meals to standard, keeps the kitchen and warehouse organized and supports order fulfillment. Shifts include morning, day, evening, weekend and part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards, ensuring quality, accuracy and presentation before handoff
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated and frozen storage areas and follow cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Support inventory organization and product rotation (FIFO)
• Work with DashMart Operations Associates to keep the site efficient and uphold a "One Team" approach

Required profile

• Experience in food service (fast food and quick-service restaurants), grocery or beverage operations, or willingness to learn
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation)
• Willingness to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire
