Kinaxis Solution Architect Senior Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a senior leader to drive end‑to‑end delivery of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse. The role serves as the primary client interface, manages resource allocation, and leads cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and process optimization for supply chain planning, identifying automation and productivity opportunities.
• Architect and design Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP modules.
• Configure worksheets, dashboards, alerts, metrics, and scorecards to meet business needs.
• Partner with product owners, scrum masters, architects, and vendors to define user stories, prioritize work, and align roadmaps.
• Support solution delivery through data integration, performance optimization, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 10+ years of supply chain implementation experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• At least 5 full life‑cycle implementations and 3+ years managing and mentoring consulting teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
