KidStrong HQ Field Trainer

About the role

KidStrong is looking for an HQ Field Trainer to uphold the standards of its science‑based curriculum across the United States and Canada. The trainer will certify coaches, general managers and area developers, ensuring every center delivers the KidStrong experience with consistency and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class training and lead certification events at headquarters and in‑center locations.
• Train, evaluate and certify coaches, GMs and AGMs on curriculum delivery, operations, sales, member experience and leadership competencies.
• Facilitate engaging adult‑learning sessions for participants of all experience levels.
• Provide real‑time coaching, structured feedback and documented rationale for certification decisions.
• Model KidStrong brand standards in every training room and maintain calibration across the trainer team.
• Travel consistently according to the certification calendar, including weekends and consecutive travel weeks.
• Coach live classes, observe performances, and share feedback to improve coaching quality.
• Execute all pre‑ and post‑certification tasks, communicate results to stakeholders and contribute field‑informed insights to the L&D team.

Required profile

• Comfortable presenting and facilitating training in front of groups.
• Passion for developing people and maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada.
• Strong observational skills to assess coaching ability and brand DNA.
