Key Lead - Rockaway Townsquare, Hollister

About the role

The Key Lead at the Rockaway Townsquare Hollister store ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so store operations run effectively, and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Adaptable, flexible, confident and able to balance multiple tasks

Schedule

• Weekly schedule varies; at least 12-16 hours per week expected
• Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays required
• Hours increase during peak times
