Key Holder – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

The Key Holder will drive sales and build lasting customer relationships in Vince's Palm Desert store. This part‑time position involves both front‑of‑house customer service and back‑of‑house visual merchandising duties.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals set by the store manager.
• Maintain visual and housekeeping standards, receive merchandise, process markdowns, and manage floor transfers.
• Capture and manage client contact information, following up via phone, email, and written communication.
• Safeguard inventory by adhering to loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Prior experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
• Sales‑driven, goal‑oriented, with a positive, high‑energy personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lb and use ladders or stairs for merchandising.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) register system.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
