About the role
Join the team at Acrisure Arena as a Game Day/Event Retail Associate, providing fans with a memorable shopping experience during games, concerts and other events.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage fans, assist them in finding and selecting merchandise.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently and accurately.
- Run the heat‑press for jersey customization and handle merchandise transactions.
- Maintain a stocked, organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Set up and break down merch booths and product displays for events.
- Count inventory received and sold, and keep the booth clean throughout the event.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, noisy environment.
Required skills
- Basic point‑of‑sale system operation.
- Heat‑press operation for jersey customization.
