Key Account Manager

About the role

Autajon, a family‑owned industrial group specialized in packaging for luxury goods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and more, is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Boston‑area site in Nashua, NH. The role will serve as the primary liaison between our prestigious international brands and the company, ensuring high‑level service and growth of existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop positive client relationships, acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal management.
• Collaborate with Administrative Sales Coordinators to guarantee a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Translate customer requests into detailed design recommendations and coordinate with production to meet delivery dates.
• Manage the full order cycle from initial inquiry through delivery, including special non‑recurring projects.
• Travel up to 25 % of the time to group facilities and client sites; attend industry trade shows such as Luxepack.
• Support the Global Account Manager and execute additional tasks assigned by executive leadership.
