Key Account Manager – Hospital Patient Monitoring (Delaware/NJ/Philadelphia)

About the role

Philips, the market leader in Hospital Patient Monitoring, is transitioning its portfolio toward an enterprise‑wide, vendor‑agnostic software ecosystem. The Key Account Manager will work with C‑suite executives in health systems across Delaware, Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia to leverage innovative monitoring solutions that address staffing pressures, quality outcomes and new care models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and increase market penetration within assigned health systems.
• Collaborate with sales specialists, marketing, product development and customer support to ensure alignment and successful solution implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with administrators, clinicians and IT professionals in target hospitals.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on patient‑monitoring technologies, guiding customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Required profile

• 5+ years of field sales experience, preferably with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of health‑system operations and experience working directly within health systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in healthcare solution‑based selling outside of pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma.

• Target earnings of $186,800 – $224,600 annually plus a company fleet/car.
