About the role

Fastwater Staffing is partnering with a fully accredited K–12 institution in Metro Atlanta to provide on‑site tutoring for Math and English Language Arts. Tutors will work directly with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, delivering targeted instruction to close learning gaps and boost achievement.

Key responsibilities

Provide in‑person tutoring services at assigned school locations.
Deliver instruction aligned to grade‑level academic standards and support homework completion.
Identify academic gaps and differentiate instruction for diverse learners, including both struggling and advanced students.
Maintain an engaging, structured, and academically focused environment.
Collaborate with school staff as needed to support student success.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years tutoring or teaching experience.
Strong content knowledge in Math and/or English Language Arts.
Ability to work on‑site during school hours (8 am‑3 pm).
Proven ability to support students with varying academic needs.
