Junior Training Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Training Coordinator to support the Operations team at Brains & Motion Education. In this remote position you will manage the lifecycle of our training content, ensuring instructors have up‑to‑date, high‑quality materials that enable exceptional K‑8 programming.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, review and maintain the training content library in Google Suite and Moodle LMS.
• Publish and update training modules, applying version control and consistent naming conventions.
• Gather feedback from instructors and program managers to drive continuous improvement of training assets.
• Assist the COO and Operations leaders in creating slide decks, facilitator scripts and assessments using Claude AI, ChatGPT and Google Slides.
• Coordinate instructor training sessions, manage calendars, communicate logistics and track completion rates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in training, operations, education or content coordination.
• Strong written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to raise issues early.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar).
• Experience using Moodle LMS for content distribution.
• Comfort working with AI tools such as Claude AI and ChatGPT for content creation.
