Junior Tax Accountant – Full-time Permanent Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Tax Accountant to join our firm on a full‑time, permanent basis. The position offers extensive learning opportunities in accounting and state, federal, and international tax matters, supporting your professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Draft written communications for clients and tax agencies.
• Prepare interim and annual accounting records.
• Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, estates, gifts, trusts, partnerships, payroll, sales tax and tangible personal property.
• Maintain written and verbal communication with clients and tax authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or at least two years of public accounting/tax preparation experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with ProSeries and/or QuickBooks (preferred).
