Junior Project Manager / Coordinator (Remote, ET Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and governance of technology initiatives. The role is fully remote but requires working during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across multiple workstreams, keeping tasks, timelines, and deliverables on track.
• Maintain and update RAID logs, status reports, action items, and other governance documentation.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Track progress in JIRA, ensuring tickets, dependencies, risks, and milestones are current.
• Partner with Business Analysts and technical teams to clarify requirements, scope, priorities, and schedules.
• Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups and sprint updates, and ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams working on APIs, Azure, system integrations, and modern application development.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of core project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, and issue escalation.
• Hands‑on experience managing RAID logs and maintaining project documentation.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Independent facilitator of meetings with clear documentation and follow‑through.
• Available to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
