Junior Java Developer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust Java‑based backend applications with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for integration with web, mobile, and third‑party applications.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Write clean, reusable, well‑documented code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through efficient coding practices.
• Collaborate with UI developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of professional experience in Java application development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Generics, Streams, Lambda Expressions).
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Experience building RESTful web services using JSON and HTTP.
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and writing optimized SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Git version control and basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
