Junior IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated early‑career IT professional to join our team as a Junior IT Support Specialist. This role offers hands‑on exposure to real‑world IT operations, including end‑user support, Microsoft cloud administration, and device lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate device procurement, ordering, shipment logistics and maintain an accurate asset inventory.
• Prepare, provision, and manage devices for new hires, including iPad enrollment and basic device management.
• Troubleshoot laptops, connectivity issues, Wi‑Fi, VPN, MFA, Outlook and general workstation problems.
• Assist users with onboarding, device setup, and resolve common access or login issues.
• Perform basic user administration in Microsoft Entra ID: password resets, MFA resets, attribute updates, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Manage group and access permissions, validate access requests, and support access‑related troubleshooting.
• Review authentication logs to identify password errors, MFA failures, conditional access blocks, disabled accounts or missing group memberships.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn and develop IT skills.
• Basic technical understanding of computers, user accounts and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and comfort working directly with end users.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to follow documented processes.
• Positive attitude with an ownership mindset.
