Junior Software Developer

About the role

Interco, a global metals trading and recycling company, is looking for a Junior Software Developer to join its ERP development team. You will focus on building modern, responsive user interfaces that enhance the overall experience of the company’s enterprise resource planning system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive front‑end interfaces for the ERP platform using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and React.js.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs that interact with PostgreSQL back‑ends.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into functional, pixel‑perfect components.
• Participate in defining API contracts, debugging integrations, and supporting end‑to‑end testing.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and work within containerised development environments.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and reusable component libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building complex web applications or ERP systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
