Junior Graphic Designer – Packaging & Product Design

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support product, packaging, and retail initiatives. You will collaborate closely with product, packaging, and retail teams to turn concepts into visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging graphics and CAD layouts for food‑service items, gloves, and wellness products.
• Retouch and clean images, create visual assets for marketing and retail channels.
• Incorporate feedback from management to ensure designs meet brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritising workload.
• Identify and improve design process inefficiencies.
• Maintain internal databases of design files, photography, and video assets.
• Research and help merchandise new products for the retail wellness division.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Passionate about taking ideas from concept to final deliverable.
• Curious, continuously learning current design trends and best practices.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work with incomplete briefs and make strategic decisions.
• Comfortable handling both innovative and detail‑driven projects across multiple brands.
