Junior Graphic Designer – Digital & E‑commerce

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support its digital and e‑commerce initiatives. Based in Los Angeles, you will work on‑site four days a week, creating high‑impact visual assets that drive conversion and brand engagement across web, email, and paid‑media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize landing pages for desktop and mobile conversion.
• Create and refresh website banners, site mockups, and digital assets for paid social, search, and video platforms.
• Produce static and motion graphics, edit video footage, and animate assets for campaigns.
• Develop email creative, versioning, and automation assets.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to analyze creative test results.
• Leverage AI tools to generate variations, enhance assets, and accelerate workflows.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure smooth hand‑off across teams.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in digital design for social media, web, or email marketing.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
