Mid-weight Graphic Designer – Digital & Brand

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑weight Graphic Designer to join Centr’s in‑house creative team. You will craft compelling digital visuals for paid social, email, website and other channels, ensuring every asset reflects the Centr brand and drives engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing digital assets for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), web and email campaigns.
• Concept and iterate ad creative, producing multiple variations optimized for each platform.
• Build and maintain scalable design files, templates and component libraries in Figma.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into visually compelling solutions.
• Uphold and evolve the Centr visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Support print and physical design needs such as product packaging, tradeshow activations and marketing collateral.
• Stay current on design trends, platform updates and emerging formats.
• Contribute to a collaborative creative culture and continuously improve design processes.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a digital‑first brand, agency or in‑house team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sharp digital design eye and brand consistency.
• Ability to balance speed and craft while delivering precise, high‑quality work.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
