Junior Front-End Developer (AI Applications)

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Junior Front-End Developer focused on AI applications to join its Denver office. This early‑career position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex AI capabilities into intuitive, responsive user interfaces. You will work onsite alongside software, AI/ML engineers and product stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain front‑end components for internal and client‑facing applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to create user‑friendly dashboards, visualisations and interactive interfaces.
• Support integration of front‑end code with back‑end services and APIs.
• Develop desktop or web applications using frameworks such as ReactJS, Dash, Streamlit or PyQT.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements based on user feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional, internship, academic or project‑based experience in front‑end or full‑stack development.
• Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with at least one front‑end framework (PyQT, ReactJS, Dash, Streamlit, etc.).
• Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts and interest in building AI‑driven interfaces.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver.
