About the role
This entry‑level position supports the daily operation of desktop computers and workstations in an office environment. The Junior Desktop Support Analyst will work on‑site in Bronx, NY, providing hands‑on technical assistance to end users.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cable management, hook up computers and workstations, and label equipment according to established standards.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues, including performing operating system imaging when required.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN and WAN connectivity problems, ensuring reliable network access for users.
Required profile
- Junior‑level experience or academic background in IT support or a related field.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures for hardware setup, documentation, and labeling.
