About the role
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives across the business. This hybrid contract role in Framingham, MA will involve working closely with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to source and analyze data from multiple datasets.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards aligned to business needs.
- Support ad‑hoc reporting and special analytics projects.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Document reporting processes and support data quality improvements.
Required profile
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or data‑focused roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to translate data findings into clear business insights.

- Power BI
