Are you a proactive professional with a passion for interpersonal connection and seamless communication? FF Inc. is looking for a dedicated Communications Assistant to serve as a vital link between our company, our valued clients, and our strategic partners in the heart of New York.
Missions principales
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding company products, services, schedules, and internal policies.
- Resolve client concerns efficiently or escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate seamless communication flows between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure rapid follow-ups.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all client communications, requests, and feedback.
- Support administrative logistics, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client reminders.
- Assist in the creation of client-facing materials such as updates, notices, and FAQ documents.
- Organize and update contact lists, communication logs, and client databases.
