Junior Architectural Project Manager (Hybrid, Boston)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Architectural Project Manager to join our award‑winning planning and design firm. The role is hybrid, with two days remote and three days onsite in Boston, and offers the chance to work on hospitality, multifamily, mixed‑use and senior‑living projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initial design through construction administration.
• Manage client and consultant meetings and communications for assigned projects.
• Develop project documentation requirements based on research and stakeholder input.
• Oversee the assembly of drawings and specifications in line with firm standards for all project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree.
• Experience with Revit software.
• Exposure to hospitality, multifamily, mixed‑use or senior‑living projects is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
