Judicial Law Clerk – Remote (Legal AI)

About the role

This remote Judicial Law Clerk position supports the creation of advanced legal reasoning systems. You will design realistic litigation scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated outputs, and provide structured feedback that guides next‑generation models in civil litigation reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design litigation scenarios covering motions, discovery, depositions, briefs, and case strategy.
• Write attorney‑level reference responses to serve as benchmarks for model evaluation.
• Grade model‑generated outputs against detailed rubrics and established legal standards.
• Provide written feedback to research teams to improve model behavior and reasoning quality.
• Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluations.

Required profile

• Strong experience in civil litigation (law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department).
• J.D. (U.S.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school with active licensure.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Background in employment or patent litigation is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with e‑discovery tools such as Relativity.
