Java ReactJS Developer – Charlotte, NC

About the role

Infosys Digital Experience (DX) is seeking a Java ReactJS Developer to join its Charlotte, NC team. You will work on full‑stack web applications, delivering new features and enhancements using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, MongoDB and ReactJS.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and support the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, integrate and test new features while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, update the codebase and manage repositories.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding.
• Proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting and refining applications.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and integrating software components.
